Exercise: 50 min running, 30 min ellipti...Day 23!!<br /><br />Exercise: 50 min running, 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights (arms)<br /><br />Breakfast: mango, 3 hardboiled eggs<br />Lunch: avocado, shredded chicken<br />Snack: carrots <br />Dinner: sweet potato, turkey burger, sauteed kale and spinach (coconut oil)<br /><br />I plan on having some matcha tea after dinner.
