Hello friends! Happy Fourth of July! I want to first thank everyone who has or is serving our country. I greatly appreciate you and all you do!
I’ve gotten some questions about CBD so I thought I would write a full blog post for you later today.
I’ve been using Mowellens Inner Peace CBD. I purchased this with my own money to give it a whirl. I did quite a bit of reading and research on CBD before purchasing any. I suggest you do the same and educate yourself before trying it out. Don’t just use it because other people are, same goes for everything in life.
Okay rant over, let me tell you more of things I’ve learned. I started taking CBD for my anxiety. I chose this blend because it is THC free and flavorless. I knew I wanted a liquid form to add to my morning matcha. This specific blend can help relieve stress. It is also a calm generator. There’s only 3 ingredients in this blend: purified water, supercharged CBD, & hemp oil.
Now let me tell you about CBD. CBD is legal. You can buy it at certain stores or online. Cannabis plants contain over 400 different compounds, 60 of those are unique and specific to the cannabis plant and are called cannabinoids. The specific one I am referring to is cannabidiol or CBD. CBD is well know for is medicinal and therapeutic effects.
CBD contains little to no THC which is why it is legal. CBD with no THC will not show up on drug tests because drug tests are looking for THC in a person's system. Some states, such a Colorado or California, allow CBD to contain THC. If you live in Indiana like me, CBD products must contain less than .3% THC to be legal. Personally, I like my CBD to be completely free of THC which is another reason why I chose Mowellens Inner Peace CBD oil.
Research on CBD has shown to help people who experience seizures, Alzheimer’s, & Parkinson’s. It can help relieve pain, help fight cancer, reduce inflammation, help treat mental health concerns such as PTSD.
I want to tell you about my personal experience with CBD. I have been taking Mowellens Inner Peace for about a month now. I put 3 drops in my morning matcha everyday. When I feel more anxiety, I take 2 drops in the evening. I think CBD has more of a mild, subtle feeling. When you consume it, you are not going to feel a huge change. Rather, you will feel more calm and balanced. I usually worry about a lot of things, like too much. Since taking the CBD oil, I feel as though my anxiousness and worries are more normal, more balanced. I feel like I think of the things that I need to and don't worry as much about things that are out of my control. Overall, I think it helps me go about my day and live a better life. I am going to continue to take the CBD oil for a few months, and then update this blog post as I go.
Later Taters!
"It's a beautiful day, don't let it get away."
