Paleo Powder Protein Pancakes

Hello cupcakes!

As I mentioned in my previous post (link here:Clovis Nutrition's Perfect Paleo Powder ), I have been working on creating some delicious recipes using The Perfect Paleo Powder created by Clovis Nutrition. I wanted to start this post by telling you a little about The Perfect Paleo Powder. Also, the recipe for these delicious, protein packed pancakes (pictured below) will follow.

The Perfect Paleo Powder has been “Certified Paleo-Friendly” by The Paleo Foundation. Which means a 3rd party investigated the product and researched every aspect of its creation, from start to finish. They researched Clovis Nutrition's ingredients, supply chains, manufacturing and cleaning methods and confirmed that the product adheres to “the strictest guidelines of The Paleo Diet.” If you would like to find out other products that follow these same guidelines, check out this site: Paleo Movement

How cool is that!? Also, if that doesn't catch your attention, maybe this will. There is a 110 % money back guarantee on this Paleo Powder, so check it out and grab yourself some! Here is the link to purchase it: The Perfect Paleo Powder

The Perfect Paleo Powder Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 serving of Clovis Nutrition's Perfect Paleo Powder
1 banana
2 eggs
Coconut oil for cooking

Place ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until combined. Here is what the batter should look like:

Next, pour the batter into a pan that has been heated with coconut oil. I made 4-5 pancakes with this amount of batter. One tip I have for you is to wait until the top of the pancakes has set up before flipping the pancake. This helps the pancake not fall apart.

That's all there is to it! Simple and delicious! There are close to 40 g of protein in this recipe. I topped mine with bananas, nuts, and Date Lady Caramel Sauce/ Syrup. What is your favorite topping for pancakes?
Later Taters!
