Good morning cupcakes!
This will be a quick and to the point post because I know you all want to make your own pumpkin spice coffees this morning ;)
1/4- 1/3 c cold brew coffee (recipe here: Cold Brew Coffee)
1 c homemade almond milk (recipe here: Homemade Almond Milk)
1/4 c canned pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (make sure there isn't any sugar or sugar additive in the ingredients)
a few handfuls of ice
2 T unsweetened coconut (optional)
In a blender add all ingredients and blend until all the ice is crushed! Enjoy! I like to sprinkle cinnamon on the top of my finished frappe to give it a little special touch.
