This morning I had a banana, eggs, and cashew butter pre-workout.
Here is my workout for today:
After my workout and a shower, I had 2 of my mini egg cups and some cherries.
Lunch is chicken salad and roasted vegetables
Dinner: flounder and roasted vegetables.
My goal for tomorrow is to not have any snacks between my meals! I like to set daily goals for myself because I think small goals help people work towards larger goals. :)
