Kick off of the 21 day fix portions

Good morning Cupcakes!

Today is my official start date of following the 21 day fix portions and recommendations. I will also be keeping a food journal each day in a notebook along with how I am feeling.

Today's Workout Videos:
DAY 14 YOGA CHALLENGE
LEAN LIMBS
I completed 45 minutes of cardio at the gym
