I hope you all are having a great week so far. I wanted to give you something to smile and motivate you this morning.
As far as food goes...
Here is pre-workout: banana and homemade pecan butter.
Breakfast: eggs, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions, jalapenos, and avocado.
Lunch: Stuffed peppers with avocado.
Dinner: Chicken salad.
Snack if hungry: carrots and almond butter.
