Day 18 Whole30

HELLO!!! :D

I hope you all are having a great week so far. I wanted to give you something to smile and motivate you this morning.

As far as food goes...

Here is pre-workout: banana and homemade pecan butter.

Breakfast: eggs, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions, jalapenos, and avocado.

Lunch: Stuffed peppers with avocado.

Dinner: Chicken salad.


Snack if hungry: carrots and almond butter.

  1. I haven't commented on some posts, as I was spending time with my family and boyfriend. I have been following the Whole30 plan, despite the chaotic week and weekend! Proud! Today I lifted (arms-30 min) and ran (30 min). I workout daily, so nothing changed much. I definitely feel less bloated and I am getting used to not chewing gum. I seem to have more energy when I used to feel tired at certain times of the day. YAY!

  2. Great to hear you are taking time to spend with the people who mean the most to you! Everyone needs that time (self care! Yay!). That is a huge accomplishment to be continuing to follow the Whole30 program. I agree with you Alyssa, I feel a change in my energy as well as decreased bloating! Nice to hear from you!
