Day 19 Whole30: food and inspiration

Good morning cupcakes!

This morning I did some new workout videos in my bedroom:
Bikini Series Total Body
7 Minute Total Body
3 Minute Abs

I also did 30 minutes of interval running/walking on the treadmill.

Pictured below is my pre-workout meal of bananas and homemade walnut butter.
Here is my breakfast: avocado, eggs, & lean ground turkey with a mushroom, pepper, and onion mix.
Here is my lunch which is one of my prepped stuffed peppers featured in this past weekend's post. These are my FAVORITE! :D
This is my dinner which is a Whole30 approved chicken salad!

If I am still hungry today, I may have carrots and almond butter.

Today I wanted to feature some of my favorite Instagram accounts that I look at for motivation, etc.
This is one of the creators of Whole30! She has an awesome page with lots of food ideas.
Talk about food inspiration. If you want to do the whole30 or are thinking about doing it but don't know how you'll make it without sugar or grains... Look at this page! There are so many bomb recipes!
This is the official page of Whole30. They feature results, motivation, and other awesome things to help you on your journey and insure you to keep up with the healthy habits.
These two girls are so fun! I do a lot of their workout videos on YouTube. I also share the links on my blog. If you don't enjoy working out, these girls have your back.
Another one of my favorite channels on YouTube for workout videos which I feature on my blog. Their Instagram page is all about health!
I like this Instagram page because this girl has worked her butt off! She wanted to be toned and have more muscle and she achieved that. She will post videos of some of her workouts from BBG.
I just love looking at this woman's Instagram! Her little daughter sneaks into some of her workout video clips and it just makes me smile!
Model turned athlete.. Can you say badass! This girl puts in hard work and shows woman that working out doesn't have to take all day. She is part of the clutcharmy. If you don't know what that is google it.
This wonderful woman is paleo which is very close to Whole30. I like looking at all of her food creations.
This woman has so many adventures and I am so jealous! I would love to follow her to all of her boot camps in tropical amazing places. She lives life freely and healthy!
I love this woman's blog as well as her Instagram page! She posts really cool places to see in Charlotte which is where I will be moving in a year! I hope to see her someday! Anyways, she has an upbeat personality and her blog is so cute! She posts recipes as well!
I think this woman's page is very motivating! I also like to watch her YouTube channel. She is about health and fitness.

So there you have it! A handful of my favorite Instagram accounts. Everyone needs motivation and inspiration and I think every single one of these accounts has that! My hope is that at least one of these lovely women will read my blog and leave a comment for me! We will see if that happens!

Anyway, I hope you all have a fantastic day and remember to get up and get moving! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car further out front he grocery store, or take a walk after dinner with friends or a significant other (or even a puppy... I wish I had one!).

Peace out!

Later taters!

    1. Thank you Alyssa! Great job on Day 11! How are you feeling being on day 11 with the Whole30. Any tips or advice you have came up with on your journey? Your food sounds delicious!

  3. I feel amazing! No cravings, because sometimes I would treat myself wjth healthy desserts. I have always loved sweet potatoes, so don't be surprised if you you see them in my meals rather frequently.

I am sleeping better, because becore Whole30 it tooks me hours to fall asleep and I wasn't well rested in the morning. I always had energy for my workouts at 5am, but I feel even more energized! I didn't consume too much artificial and "bad" foods before Whole30, but even a little change has helped my body! It allowed me to stop counting calories because I am more focused on the nutritional value of food. I definitely recommend this as a lifestyle.

    1. I agree with you Alyssa! I always tried to watch the ingredients in my food, but even totally cutting out the processed food items (like brown rice flour, diary free chocolate chips, etc.) for me has helped me feel better and also more confident in a way! I am glad you like it!
