Guess what day it is?

Today's workout videos:

Today I decided to blog about some of the benefits of drinking warm lemon water (which I do every morning before breakfast). I found a website (foodmatters) that lists some of the benefits. Here is what I found:

  1. I drink warm lemon water in the morning and I absolutely love it! Oh, I've been drinking tons of water lately! Woot! Went over my goal of water intake, too! :)

  2. Alyssa- It is sooo good! I can really tell the difference from drinking it! I may try to drink some before bed too. And good job on hitting your water intake goal! That's awesome! I have hit mine almost every day (besides Monday).
